“My wife and I are so grateful for the speedy service to replace a broken spring. Jimmy was our technician and we really appreciated his knowledge but most of all his honesty. Another local company had previously told us we needed a new door in addition to the spring and components. Jimmy was upfront saying our door was older but still perfectly fine and had plenty of life left. Within an hour he had replaced the spring, hubs, and rollers. Plus he even made so free tweaks to our motor which wasn’t set up correctly by the prior owners. Our door is quieter and much easier to lift manually after his visit.
