A premium motion-detecting control panel is included, it sees you coming and automatically turns the garage door opener lights on when you enter. The control panel can also lock out all remote control radio signals while you're away.

A Security+ TM 3-button remote control with rolling code technology in a designer burled walnut finish is also include with the automatic opener. With rolling code technology, you are assured of a new code with every use. Every time you push the button, the code automatically rolls over to any one of over 100-billion new codes, never to be repeated. This remote will operate up to three garage doors.

Saftety Features

The Protector System ® - Projects an invisible light beam across the garage door opening. If anything interrupts the beam while the door is closing, the door automatically reverses before making contact. If the beam is obstructed, the door will not close.

PosiLock TM - Once your garage door goes down, it's securely locked with PosiLockTM, a patented Chamberlain feature. An intruder cannot gain access.

Manual Release Handle - in a power failure, this feature releases the garage door for manual operation.
