Which door will last longer, wood or steel?
Both types of doors have pros and cons when it comes to durability. Steel doors are more weather resistant than wood doors, they don't have to be treated with paint as often as wood doors do. However, steel doors tend to dent and therefore are not ideal for those whose garage doors tend to double as soccer goals or tennis practice backboards or whose driveways double as basketball courts.
